Qwerty USB keyboard:
Full qwerty keyboard with touchpad, including all the symbols and numbers needed for work. The keyboard is covered with strong polyester foil, which protects it from staining and is easy to clean. For safety at work, the touchpad has no click function, and the choice with the cursor is only when you press the left or right button below. The keyboard works without the need to install additional software.
Operator panel:
Machine operator panel – Made of 3 parts:
* 27 buttons with light indication and the ability to easily change the graphic symbols – maximum 51 buttons (additional panels should be added)
* MPG + 3 buttons with indication for increment selection
* Emergency stop, feed override and spindle speed

Wireless remote operator panel with MPG:
Wireless remote operator panel with MPG allowing movement on 6 axes with change of the increment of movement. The position of each of the available axes is displayed in real time. The operator has at his disposal 3 main buttons (start, stop and reset), as well as 13 buttons, which can be assigned different functionality, according to the needs of the specific machine. When the remote operator panel is not in use, it stops the connection to the CNC system in order to save batteries. It can be placed on any metal surface due to its magnetic back. Works with 2A batteries.
Remote MPG with emergency stop button:
Allows movement on 6 axes with changing the increment of movement. For safety reasons, moving the machine in any direction is only possible while the side button is pressed. The emergency stop button is not software, it is completely identical to the main one of the machine.
USB to RS 485 converter:
Galvanically isolated converter from USB to RS 485. With switches it is possible to choose the presence and type of line termination. The device is powered by the USB interface and has an indication of power supply on the isolated side, as well as an indication of transmission and reception of data. Maximum operating speed 3 Mbaud.
CNV-VGD432 / 422 signal converter from the Philips CNC 432 linear measuring system to RS422 interface:
Modernization of old CNC machines without the need to replace the Philips linear measuring system. The product converts the signals from the Philips CNC 432 measuring system into standard TTL / RS422 interface outputs. In this way, the CNV-VGD432 / 422 converter saves costs and is a cost-effective solution for improving overall performance. The converter supports two Philips CNC boards LM and LS, as well as different Philips read heads, for example PE2480 / 10 and PE2520 / 10. The development of this product is based on XILINX CoolRunner-II CPLD, uses jumpers to switch between LM / LS boards and has protection against optical signal loss from the measuring line in two versions – TTL output or high-impedance output state. The device operates with a power supply of 12V and a resolution of 1 µm (micron).
